- Detail-oriented contributor with strong analytical skills and experience supporting purchasing, budgeting, and procurement activities.
- Collaborative team player who communicates effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
What your future day will look like:
- Coordinate the purchase of goods and services for hospitality properties undergoing construction, renovation, or daily operations.
- Support early-stage projects through budgeting, sourcing, proposal reviews, and vendor coordination activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services while maintaining accuracy throughout the purchasing process.
- Monitor vendor performance, pricing, logistics, and quality to support project goals and cost controls.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and issue resolution efforts with team members and key stakeholders.
- Manage invoice processing, project closeout activities, cost reconciliation, reporting, and purchasing support requests.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Procurement, or a related field.
- Previous purchasing, procurement, or buying experience.
- Experience with budgeting, cost analysis, invoice review, and financial reconciliation.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with construction, renovation, interior design, or related project environments preferred.
- Knowledge of project management principles and coordinating multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

She’s been with Godshall for over 19 years and focuses her efforts in recruiting for Marketing/PR talent, IT professionals, Software Engineers, UI/UX developers, and Business/Data Analysts.
