Salary: $20-$24/hour

• This position will be 4-10's on 1st shift! Hours will be Monday - Thursday (7am-5pm)!

What your future day will look like:

• Inspect and test incoming raw materials, first piece and finished products according to Quality Process Control Plans
• Work with staff in determining and resolving quality issues
• Participate in failure investigations and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain metrology tools including outsourcing metrology calibrations as needed
• Set up/operate various measuring tools and testing equipment
• Document/record vital quality related information
• Participate in internal/external quality audits

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Degree in a technically related field is preferred or related work experience
• 2+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience reading/interpreting sophisticated engineering drawings
• Understanding of tight tolerances and knowledge of GD&T
• Ability to use various measuring tools including micrometers & gauges
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Familiarity of AS9100 and/or ISO9001 standards will be a huge plus!
