What your future day will look like:
- Customer liaison for all quality issues
- Develop quality inspections standards based on customer specifications
- Create work instructions
- Prepare control plans
- Maintain inspection and test records
- Manage quality personnel, evaluating performance and tracking goals
- Root cause analysis/corrective actions, APQP, PPAP/FMEA, SPC & GD&T

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years in a quality management role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, associate’s required

Louisa graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering and she started her career in energy optimization at Georgia Pacific. She then made the switch over to HR when she moved to the upstate area. She joined Godshall in 2021 and is now combining both passions as a member of our technical recruiting team.
