- Our client is seeking a Quality Technician to support production operations by verifying product quality, maintaining critical records, and helping drive continuous compliance with industry and customer standards.
- Openings are available on both 1st and 2nd shift. This will be a direct hire opportunity!
- Verify product quality throughout various stages of the manufacturing process
- Inspect machined components using precision measurement and testing equipment
- Evaluate parts against engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
- Identify quality concerns and document discrepancies for corrective action
- Maintain accurate inspection records within the company's ERP and quality management systems
- Support gauge and measurement tool calibration programs and associated documentation
- Partner with production personnel to address quality-related issues and improve processes

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of quality inspection experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong familiarity with machined components and conventional machining processes
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
- Experience working with precision measurement tools and inspection equipment
- Working knowledge of quality control procedures, documentation practices, and nonconformance reporting
- Experience entering and maintaining data within ERP or manufacturing software systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification is a plus
