QuickBooks Accountant
Job Description
Salary: $55-60K

What your future day will look like:
- You will prepare sales tax returns, business licenses, 1099s
- You will prepare quarterly/annual payroll tax returns and W2s along with an understanding of how these reconcile to each other and to the general ledger.
- You will prepare bank reconciliations.
- You will reconcile specific general ledger accounts.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
- Minimum of 3 years handling bookkeeping work for a variety of companies
- Ability to work overtime when needed.

Ginny Beach
VP of Operations
Ginny Beach has been a member of the Godshall team since 1994. She currently oversees all recruiting and staffing operations for Godshall. Prior to working at Godshall, Ginny worked as a recruiter in the Philadelphia area. She has a master's degree from the University of Maryland and a bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston. Like a lot of her colleagues, she is also a Certified Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Associate. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army, the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of the Upstate, and the Business Advocacy Committee of the Chamber of Commerce. She has also served on the Board of Connections, Women Leaders of the Upstate, and has been involved with United Way's Success By 6 campaign. Ginny continues to have a passion for understanding the needs of the companies we serve and matching candidates with a great career. In her spare time, she enjoys running, cycling, and spending time with her husband and two children.
