What your future day will look like:

• You will prepare sales tax returns, business licenses, 1099s
• You will prepare quarterly/annual payroll tax returns and W2s along with an understanding of how these reconcile to each other and to the general ledger.
• You will prepare bank reconciliations.
• You will reconcile specific general ledger accounts.

Type:  Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
• Minimum of 3 years handling bookkeeping work for a variety of companies
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
