What your day will look like:

- Oversee daily clinical operations across multiple locations in collaboration with the Director of Practice Operations and Clinical Coordinators/Team Leads – fill in as needed in clinical areas this position oversees.
- Lead and manage the clinical team, including recruitment, scheduling, performance evaluation, and ongoing staff development, ensure accurate documentation by staff
- Train and educate staff on practice policies, operational procedures, and regulatory compliance standards
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical protocols and workflows to maintain consistent delivery of high-quality patient care
- Address and resolve clinical patient concerns
- Collaborate with providers and staff to improve efficiency.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Current SC RN License and current BLS
- Minimum one year clinical management/supervisory experience
- EPIC proficiency
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
