• Review account credits and determine appropriate refunds
• Understanding and reviewing EOB's
• Reviewing contractual adjustments
• Determine patient responsibility
• Client and patient interaction

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of medical refund experience required
• Epic experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Computer skills
• Microsoft Excel
