Residential Building Coordinator
Job Description
Salary: $40-$50K

What your day will look like:
- Communicate with lenders, customers, and staff to ensure expedient CLC
- Maintain daily white board and sales spreadsheets
- Send and verify lender has all required documents and ensure customer has all required documents to the lender
- Keep staff informed as to status of underwriting, appraisal, title, and construction
- Obtain all information needed for all permits and architectural review boards
- Apply for septic and building permits, business licenses etc
- Order & Update Draws daily
- Notify and obtain from customers their homeowner insurance
- Make sure the lender has all needed documents from the builder
- Schedule final bank inspection

Type: Temp to Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Ability to work 9-6 Mon-Friday, with one Saturday/month.
- Banking or loan experience preferred
- Organized with exceptional follow up and follow through

Kelly is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Management/Marketing. She is a wife and mother to two girls, actively involved with Cancer Survivor Park Alliance, and an avid tennis player.
