What your future day will look like:

• Ensure company products meet/exceed company and customer quality standards
• Direct and plan inspection methods and procedures
• Develop policy/processes by conducting internal quality audits
• Resolve quality issues and serve as point of contact for customers ensuring complete satisfaction
• Participate in company-wide activities to enhance process and quality
• Direct root cause/corrective action activities
• Maintain QMS to ISO9001 standards
• Develop and provide direction for company's safety program
• Educate internal staff/employees on best safety practices and OSHA regulations
• Routinely conduct safety audits and complete internal/external safety reports
• Conduct accident investigations including reporting and cause determination
• Lead and manage plant-wide continuous improvement activities

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years experience in a quality/safety role in a manufacturing environment
• Lean manufacturing knowledge
• Working knowledge of ISO9001 standards and OSHA regulations
