What your future day will look like:
- Lead and inspire your team of 5 sales professionals and 3 sales support staff, fostering growth through coaching, goal-setting, and performance-driven leadership.
- Design and roll out incentive programs that motivate and reward success, aligning sales performance with company growth objectives.
- Drive consultative, relationship-based sales strategies to strengthen customer partnerships and expand market share across key industries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Office Manager and Controller to streamline operations, ensuring smooth coordination across sales, finance, HR, and support functions.
- Partner directly with the President to shape strategic direction, taking ownership of key initiatives that enhance scalability and prepare the business for the next generation of leadership.
- Champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, establishing systems, processes, and best practices that elevate performance company-wide.

Type: Direct
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales and operations leadership, preferably in recycled fibers, textiles, plastics, raw materials, or manufacturing.
- Proven success in consultative sales and team management.
- Experience implementing sales incentive programs and operational policies.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to learn the business deeply and drive change with empathy and structure.
