Salary: $100,000 - 150,000 + bonus

What your future day will look like:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.??????
• Collaborate closely with technical team to successfully complete customer lab projects necessary to advance customer opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and customer base.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 10 years + of sales experience in the chemical industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a relevant degree.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
