What your future day will look like:
- Manage a small team of Product Managers
- Develop and drive regional growth while promoting business initiatives
- Monitor/comprehend market trends to create a custom strategy to achieve regional/global goals and identifying new business opportunities
- Utilize networking fairs, tradeshows and social media as part of an overall business development strategy
- Manage client accounts including contract negotiations and providing technical support
- Manage sales channels including adjusting pricing and supporting distributors ensuring company remains market competitive

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelors Degree in a Business or Engineering related discipline
- 3+ years of experience leading manufacturing sales/marketing teams
- Prior experience in the Electronics Industry with a focus in sensor applications
- Proficiency managing sales channels
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability for domestic and international travel (15-20%)

Chad Hardin has been with Godshall for 11 years. He and his team focus on engineering/manufacturing recruiting for companies located primarily here in the Upstate. With over 12 years of recruiting experience, Chad began his recruiting career in the construction industry recruiting skilled trades professionals for commercial/industrial projects throughout the Southeast. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and sits on several educational advisory boards with technical schools in our area. He is a proud father of two boys (Hamilton & Miles) and husband to his wife, Lindsay, who is a teacher with Greenville County Schools. His hobbies include boating, fishing, and traveling to the beach.
