What your future day will look like:
- Develop a deep understanding of company operations, financial assumptions, risks, market trends, economic indicators and regulatory changes.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s financial model to improve forecast accuracy.
- Analyze complex data sets and test multiple hypotheses to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Support and monitor strategic initiatives based on data-driven analysis.
- Present clear, actionable recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with leadership, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to business development.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in an financial analyst or data analyst position
- T-SQL and Power BI experience

She’s been with Godshall for over 19 years and focuses her efforts in recruiting for Marketing/PR talent, IT professionals, Software Engineers, UI/UX developers, and Business/Data Analysts.
