What your future day will look like:
Client Responsibilities:
- Lead and create the visual design on projects including branding, communications, storyboard, infographics, event materials, presentations, print collateral, digital animation, and video.
- Apply skills and creativity to evolve existing designs and pull-through various media.
- Provide visual acuity and technology expertise to listen clients and internal teams to translate vision to other designers and key project teams.
- Ensure quality and correctness in work products and that they are completed in timely fashion and on budget.
- Manage graphic design team through mentorship, project management, and design quality checks.
- Work closely with Creative Director and project management in delegating work and anticipating workflow to avoid creative bottlenecks.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Integrative Marketing, Digital Media Design, or related major
- Five years’ minimum experience in graphic design with digital design experience
- Two years’ minimum experience managing and mentoring designers
- Strong typography skills with comfort level in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
- Web development, design, UI/UX, AfterEffects and video animation is a strong plus!
