Job Description
Shift Hours:
- 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM with rotating Saturdays
- Saturdays: When scheduled on Saturday, will have a compensatory day off during the week

- Greet customers promptly and courteously
- Explain repair processes and timelines to customers
- Handle an average of 75-80 cars per day, excluding walk-ins
- Look up and verify warranty and recall information
- Write up repair orders with accurate details and timeframes
- Update customers on the status of their vehicles and any additional findings
- Manage multiple service orders simultaneously in a high-paced environment

- At least 6 months of experience working in a dealership setting
- Proficiency with Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite software preferred
- Ability to understand and explain technical vehicle information
