What your future day will look like:
- Lead as the go-to technical expert for Workday, designing and configuring solutions across Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, and Performance while ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Build, maintain, and optimize complex system configurations, integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs), and security frameworks to ensure scalable, reliable, and compliant operations.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions by partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors, while advising leadership on system capabilities, risks, and improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced system issues, maintain data integrity, and develop reports and dashboards that support operational, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
- Continuously evaluate system updates, document configurations, and uphold company policies and standards while effectively communicating across teams to support ongoing Workday enhancements.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant Workday HRIS engineering experience.
- Advanced Workday system configuration, including business processes, calculated fields, reporting, and security.
- Strong technical capability in Workday integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, APIs, etc.)

In addition to being a graduate of Wake Forest University, she earned her CSP(Certified Staffing Professional). She’s been with Godshall for over 19 years and focuses her efforts in recruiting for Marketing/PR talent, IT professionals, Software Engineers, UI/UX developers, and Business/Data Analysts.
