What your future day will look like:

• 40% of your day will be focused on coding
• 60% of your day will be managing/mentoring development team, strategizing with heavy involvement with leadership in planning, including identifying pitfalls, offering multiple solutions, and helping determine which solution will lead to the best outcome.
• Remain current on new technologies and make recommendations for future expansion
• Monitor the development needs of personnel in the Web Development department, including staffing needs, mentoring, and coaching of current team members.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Degree or Certificate in Computer Science, Software or Web Development
• 6+ years of professional Software Development

• Management experience
• PHP, Javascript, MySQL proficiency is a must!
• Thorough development best practice knowledge in problem solving, design patterns, system architecture, performance, and security.
