What your future day will look like:
- Support advisors and paraplanners by assisting with client needs and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Prepare, process, and track paperwork supporting client transactions and account changes.
- Assist with client requests, maintain CRM records, and help prepare for client meetings.
- Ensure all client information and documentation are accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Help maintain a smooth workflow between advisors, clients, and internal systems.
- Contribute to a warm, welcoming client experience in the office and at occasional events.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in the wealth management industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to pursue Series 6, 63, 65, 66, or 7 licensing (company-supported).

Cathy is a Greenville native who graduated from Clemson with a BS in Business Management. After working for 3 years for Babies R Us in both human resources and inventory control management roles, she joined Godshall in 1999 as a Recruiter and Staffing Specialist. Her primary recruiting focus is in banking, accounting, human resources, legal and administrative placements. She is involved in St. Francis Forum, NALS, Covenant United Methodist Church and Northwood Little League. This breast cancer survivor lives life the fullest by cheering on her two boys in baseball, watching her alma mater play every Saturday during the fall, and splurging on an occasional bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
