Sporting Events Account Executive

What your future day will look like:
- Build deep knowledge of each client’s business and industry, staying current on trends, competitors, and market dynamics while strengthening relationships and monitoring overall account health.
- Act as a proactive partner by identifying client needs, resolving issues quickly, and consistently presenting new ways to add value across all assignments.
- Manage clear, timely communication with clients, while representing the brand at races, activations, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
- Own the financial side of accounts by managing budgets, monitoring job costs, forecasting performance, and ensuring accurate, timely billing and reporting.
- Lead execution of projects end-to-end, collaborating with clients for approvals, aligning work to strategic plans, and developing innovative solutions that elevate marketing efforts and brand positioning.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related field, preferred.
- Required 5+ years of account service or project management experience, ideally agency side
- 1-2 years of experiential marketing at sporting events.

She’s been with Godshall for over 19 years and focuses her efforts in recruiting for Marketing/PR talent, IT professionals, Software Engineers, UI/UX developers, and Business/Data Analysts.
