What your future day will look like:

Perform bank reconciliations, maintain general ledger schedules, and support accurate financial reporting across multiple entities.
Manage daily cash activity and assist with monitoring company cash positions.
Calculate, file, and remit sales and use taxes while maintaining current tax rate information.
Reconcile intercompany transactions and prepare supporting reports for month-end and year-end close activities.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and external audit support.
Develop cross-functional knowledge by supporting accounts receivable, accounts payable, costing, and other accounting operations.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution
At least 1 year of accounting or finance experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Manufacturing experience and/or CPA designation preferred but not required
