What your future day will look like:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor business performance by analyzing revenues, expenses, inventory, accounts receivable, and working capital trends.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decision-making.
- Maintain accounting records, reconciliations, and internal controls while supporting audit and compliance activities.
- Create custom reports, spreadsheets, and financial analyses to meet operational and management needs.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and support business objectives.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related business field
- 2–4 years of accounting, financial analysis, or related accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Sage, Crystal Reports, or similar accounting and reporting systems preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
