What your future day will look like:
- Finalize RFQs by delivering accurate material cost estimations Â
- Support the design process
- Communication between various internal departments and customers
- Compile Bills of Materials in the ERP system
- Gather pricing information from vendors
- Adapt estimates as changes to the project are made

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, or related field
- 3+ years in estimating/construction management
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and ability to read drawings/schematics
- Self-starter that can work independently
- Experience with structural steel is a plus

Louisa graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering and she started her career in energy optimization at Georgia Pacific. She then made the switch over to HR when she moved to the upstate area. She joined Godshall in 2021 and is now combining both passions as a member of our technical recruiting team. Louisa is a wife and mother to an adorable little boy, an active member of her book club and loves to travel all over the world.
