Supply Chain BI/Data Analyst

What your future day will look like:
- Review operational data across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to assess performance, spot trends, and identify any immediate issues needing attention.
- Analyze profitability by customer, product, and product lines while ensuring data accuracy in financial reporting to support sound business decisions.
- Develop and monitor KPIs through dashboards and reports, giving leadership clear visibility into service levels, productivity, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (customer service, operations, inventory, and supply chain) to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analyses, and implement scalable process improvements.
- Support forward planning by contributing to demand forecasting, labor modeling, and continuous improvement initiatives, while also evaluating WMS performance and recommending automation or system enhancements.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in financial data analysis, logistics, or supply chain analysis
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar software
- Experience with ERP or supply chain management systems
- Power BI and/or Phocas dashboard creation experience
