Trust Operations Processor

What your future day will look like:
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations with Asset Custodians, including trades and income postings.
- Perform account reconciliation and balancing within specified timelines, and conduct semi-annual vault audits of assets in coordination with Trust Services.
- Establish new accounts, coordinate asset transfers, close accounts, upload statements and update client information in the Trust Accounting System.
- Process client payables, prepare and distribute checks, wires, and ACHs, handle distribution requests and monitor sweep accounts.
- Prepare and update various reports, maintain account forms, scan and index documents, and manage the Client Portal, including user support.
- Deposit checks, process electronic contributions, manage the group email inbox, and respond to requests as needed.
- Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and business needs.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Ability to pass background and credit check
- High School diploma required
- Advanced Excel experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred, or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in trust services or brokerage preferred

Cathy is a Greenville native who graduated from Clemson with a BS in Business Management. After working for 3 years for Babies R Us in both human resources and inventory control management roles, she joined Godshall in 1999 as a Recruiter and Staffing Specialist. Her primary recruiting focus is in banking, accounting, human resources, legal and administrative placements. She is involved in St. Francis Forum, NALS, Covenant United Methodist Church and Northwood Little League. This breast cancer survivor lives life the fullest by cheering on her two boys in baseball, watching her alma mater play every Saturday during the fall, and splurging on an occasional bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
