What your future day will look like:
- Proactively engage customers to resolve outstanding balances and payment issues.
- Manage and escalate collections for large corporate accounts.
- Analyze and reconcile aging accounts.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and prevent payment delays.
- Weekly pay through Godshall!
