What your future day will look like:
- Manage warehouse associates, monitor performance and lead training initiatives
- Manage the staffing schedule, assigning tasks and rotating as necessary
- Establish and track goals and KPIs for the warehouse
- Inventory control ensuring the right amount of supply is available
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years in a warehouse management role
- Knowledge of warehousing KPIs
- Leadership ability and strong communication skills
