<strong>What your future day will look like: </strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for both in-office and remote users.
&#9;<li>Provide hands-on and remote technical support, including resolving malware infections, fixing printing problems, and assisting with Office 365 and Azure-related issues.
&#9;<li>Set up and deploy new computers, ensuring all required software is properly installed, and configure user accounts with appropriate permissions.
&#9;<li>Support daily operations by helping employees with conference room technology and ensuring systems run smoothly throughout the day.
&#9;<li>Follow and enforce company IT policies and best practices while documenting solutions and updates in the ticket tracking system to maintain efficient service.

&#9;<li>Document and collaborate with the team of technology professionals by keeping detailed records and sharing knowledge to promote professional growth.</li>
