What your future day will look like:

• Coach, support, and supervise a high-performing sales team
• Lead regular one-on-one coaching and development sessions
• Track and analyze KPIs, activity metrics, and pipeline health
• Ensure consistent adherence to sales processes and company policies
• Execute improvement plans to drive productivity and results
